Everything you need to know before booking.
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and summer months. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — just reach out and we'll do our best!
Yes! Delivery, setup, and pickup are all included in our rental pricing. We'll also provide full instructions on use and safety for all equipment. If you'd like a G-Pop's team member to stay and operate the equipment throughout your event, that's available as an additional service (Full Service package).
We require a small deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due the day of your event. We accept Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards.
Most small orders are completed within 3–5 business days. Larger bulk orders typically take 7–14 days. Rush orders may be available — just mention your deadline when you reach out.
Absolutely! Send us your logo, artwork, or text and we'll work with you to get it just right. We'll send a digital mockup for your approval before we start production.
We serve all of Connecticut! Free delivery within 30 miles of Greater Hartford. We can travel further for larger events — just ask. Custom creation orders can be shipped anywhere in CT.
