Note: All deposits are fully refundable upon return of equipment in satisfactory condition (see return conditions below).

✅ Refund Conditions — What We Check at Return

Your deposit will be fully refunded provided all of the following conditions are met:

1 Equipment is returned by the agreed date in the same condition as received — wiped down and free of debris (G-Pop's deep cleans all equipment between rentals), no damage, and all parts intact.
2 No missing accessories — this includes items such as the cotton candy sugar bowl, snow cone ice shaver blade, and popcorn kettle.
3 Customer acknowledges full liability for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear. Personal event insurance is optional but recommended — single-day policies typically run $20–$50 through providers like State Farm or Progressive.

🛡️ Insurance & Liability

Renter's Responsibility

The customer is fully responsible for any damage or loss of rented equipment during the rental period.

G-Pop's Coverage

G-Pop's Events & Creations carries general liability insurance. However, this does not cover renter-caused damage or loss.

⭐ Our Recommendation

Tip We strongly recommend adding short-term event coverage for extra peace of mind. Providers like State Farm or Progressive offer single-day event policies — typically just $20–$50 for the day.
